C.I.I.D.G Erdos Hongjun Electric Power Co., Ltd. employs approximately 600 people, the majority of whom work in various positions in Stung Hav district, Sihanoukville.

Like most large companies, we need skilled and dedicated people to carry out different types of work to run the power plant.

Last year, we recruited 180 people who finished a two-year scholarship program - a one-year power plant course at the China Northeast Dianli University and another year of internship in a power plant in China. This program was funded by C.I.I.D.G Erdos Hongjun Electric Power Co., Ltd. The salary we offered was higher than the market rate. A person who could work independently was paid salaries of about USD350 per month.
